I did click onto that Link and saw the A+ Rating from the BB.
The low PPS has to do with the Unknown to the Public.
The bashers that start ups have to put up with.
If UltraFlix was a private company this could not happen.
I am sure glad they are not because I would never have been given the chance to be better off Financially in the Long Run.
