Drove down to the construction site again this afternoon after work. It looks to me like they are excavating foundations.

I was also looking around last night and see that they have a commercial well listed as constructed on the state site. It is 1910 ft deep and the documents behind it say the construction log has been submitted but that log is not online yet.
