CBD containing products are legal, but they surely won't all be the same. There are always crooks and scammers to sort out, and the labels as well as various certifications should be closely scrutinized. The FDA doesn't always impress me (to say the least) but they can be helpful. I actually expected such issues cause they are common to pretty much all health/diet supplements. You need to do your homework. I hope these guys are careful to provide only top shelf, certified ingredients in their products so that they're never vulnerable to ridicule by researchers and/or competitors.
