Very important and telling comment by the normally "tight lipped" Dan Wong (IR) Wong posted this on his FB yesterdy in reply to a poster who inquired about the possibility of NTEK getting acquired.

So again is this one of the main reasons for the upcoming proxy? IMO yes it is. I seriously doubt the proxy is related to a R/S. If NTEK wanted to R/S they would just go ahead and do it. Secondly why put this to a vote as it would be voted down anyway.

Gets your arms around this, bashers, shorts, naysayers, doubting Thomas's you are going to rue the day you doubted the genius of NTEK
