Yea, the Bricklin was a failure in terms of no power, problems with the paint job, and it cost the Canadian government lots of money. Nonetheless, it surpassed the safety standards of the time, and I love its design. Plus its got gullwing doors! BTW, Malcolm Bricklin did start another company to create a full electric car, Visionary Vehicles, but not in production yet.
I loved the GT since it came out. The design is classic and the HP and acceleration is amazing. I can't wait to have one someday.
Yea, some of the '62s did have the tire imprint on the back as well as the famous 50s fins. The red/white combo is one of my favorite combos, the other being black/white especially on luxury cars such as this.
Good luck to you as well, I hope you get to have all the cars you desire as well. That would be awesome to meet you in person and just enjoy our cars. When BLTA takes off, it would be great for those of us to on the board that purchase cars to form a car club, maybe the Baltia Car Club, to meet about our experience with BLTA and enjoy some nice cars.
What are your top three?
