Yeah, and there's no one left for them to talk to over there now. They've run everybody off. Their tactics are deplorable at best and probably criminal. Many of them have flipped down so many times that they have very little basis in it now. Kinda envious in a way. Oh well, this has always been a patience play in my book. We're on our way to the bank soon enough.
