I would think they are waiting for the court to finalize. The court had already determined that the dividend can not be clawed back. I believe the deadline is upon us so maybe they are simply waiting for that date and the DTCC? Otherwise, I can not see any legal ground that would allow them to hold our money. They were not even part of the lawsuit. Plus if they do have an issue it is most likely due to something ethically done wrong on their end.
