So I'm thinking, since this is a distribution deal. Then audited financials have no bearing on this deal, since this is not a buyout. It is a deal between 2 businesses for broader international distribution. audited financial are merely the icing on the cake. But these deals are have always been the big prize. They can keep deal after deal..lol what does this have to do with financials. Financials are there for us to see there actual profit margin which according to some people's number crunching is going to be substantially higher that what was reported before.
