First off who is Barry Clark???
I know who Barry Clare is though.
I also know for a fact that he along with other Baltia management have not only invested their own money but their entire lives to see Baltia launch. People have to be careful with a lot of the information available. Just because there is no SEC filing does not mean there is no money being invested into Baltia by management. It all depends on whether or not that person is required to file. From what I can see, Baltia's reporting is in compliance. I think the more relevant question is " has anyone sold?" I have not seen any insider sells to date
