Just thinking out loud, but the last thing Ken needs is any distractions. With he and Des being MAJOR NGCG shareholders (see Ken's blog), Ken doesn't need the stress of perhaps watching his investment tank.

Royce is already talkin major smack and Des needs to get Ken 110% focused on this fight. NO DISTRACTIONS

* Ken needs the money from this fight and his business ventures to secure a nice retirement. The pressure is more on Des to ensure that this happens IMO.
