"Up to 23,125,046 shares, assuming the sale of 4,990,019 shares of our common stock in this offering at a public offering price of $10.02 per share, which was the last reported sale price of our common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on November 6, 2015. "
Does this mean they will not sell these shares below $10.02? That would be very positive news.
Can someone clarify?
