As happy as that would make me feel to see all shareholders united, personal experience has taught me that until you get a big player with a lawyer to do the battle with you the cost of a class action is very large expense. sometimes shareholders do get anything but chump change...best to remain patient and see what comes after this huge ruling...im sure there is more to come...or related to this situation then have been revealed yet
