actually, it is the small tobacco shops (many of which are head shops too) that don't mind the leaf can - so to say that no stores want the leaf can isn't quite true…. but to get a larger store of some sort, say, sprouts to buy into the leaf can… they simply don't want the leaf can showing on their shelves.
