Im not comparing the case, Im comparing how government agencies will delay the action of an air carrier based on what they want without regard for the airline. If there was a serious issue that would cause delta to become noncompetitive am I now supposed to believe that Delta airlines lacks the legal department to take action. Of course not, the justice department is protecting government interests.
