You mean Alex Smid and company had $3 million - but they were never going to provide that to fund a dividend. That was why it was canceled - to create the illusion that CRGP was a real company.
This seems to be the first share selling scheme you have invested in - and are now wanting to profit from the fraudulent activity of the behind the CRGP scam.
As always where is the proof that CRGP is a real company.
The wire transfer was provided by MoMo/PinkPanther/... - he has is well known for providing photoshopped copies of Mexican mining concessions - so I wouldn't place a great deal of faith that they wire transfer was legitimate.
But, the begging the Judge, hoping and pleading to keep a illegal dividend is greed at its best.
