Because they have a really good product on the market which fills a niche. Unfortunately, the PPS is just a POS and it has no reaction to news anymore. There simply are no new buyers (the kind of buyers who can move a stock with >500k blocks) and the PPS is controlled by day traders (who trade these miniscule small blocks of 1000 shares - LOL- what a joke.) It's probably best to liquidate your position. If they do not come out with a Q report on or before the 16'th, I'll pobably liquidate my short term position in one account but leave my long term position intact.
