I would prefer to remove the "it's possible the judge will see" and replace it with "the judge WILL see" by having everyone send an email today to the judge pointing out that fact. I may have worded my email incorrectly by asking for a continuance instead of a dismissal but anyone else sending an email can word it properly, asking for a dismissal. I hope someone picks up the gauntlet here. TIA
