I believe it was just a repeat of the "stacked ask / sacrificial dump into the bid trick" by somebody / a group trying to hold this back. Normally, immediately after the dump, they buy up everything that appears on a lowered ask at several levels within the previous spread and end up with many more shares than they dumped. That is not happening, as nobody is falling for it and not many shares are being offered as a result of the dump.

Notice how quickly bids in depth were put in and how little had to be bought on the ask to get straight back up to .017.
