My conspiracy theory the $5m lender asked TBEV for the 100/1 split fully knowing the market reaction so they could scoop up all the shares at a 50% discount and accumulating full control of the company as a reward for lending the $5m. Then they got their cheap shares and TBEV did not have to issue them any more shares. They then follow up with distribution nationwide and flavors like they said they would start of 2016. A lot of people will be regretting selling stock at a market cap of $1m imho
