I was not aware that this could be over if all parties were not notified. My thoughts were that, at minimum we could get a continuance which would be better then having the hearing tomorrow.
I agree, I wish for this to be over as well. Perhaps you could email the judge and point out that since Schwab and others were not notified that COR violated the instructions of the court and the case should be thrown out. TIA
