All of us have to talk with our brokers. If they were not notified, our brokers need to email the judge and ask for the details of the case.
If they were notified, ask them why they didn't notify shareholders. If they need more time, again, email the judge and ask for more time to provide a response.

Always, always do you own DD. Only invest funds you can afford to lose and trust nobody but yourself.
