Casey, it is my understanding that your account is with Schwab. It is also my understanding that you called Schwab and they have not received notification from the court or COR about this suit. I think it behooves you to advise the court about this. Schwab appears to be very unconcerned about the shareholders in this situation and it is a big deal that Schwab has not been concerned. TDA has been the stand up firm in this situation and if I didn't have an account with them before I would definitely have one with them now.
