Exactly my point....a cover has not taken place nor will it....because there is no catalyst to force a cover. Covering in the grey market at .0001 does not occur nor does it make sense.....unless the shares are being covered at higher prices at large amounts of shares in comparison to the trading volume displayed below. (not including OS and float)

Why is Signature Stock Transfer not a DTC participant?

This range of trading volume during the time of the divi actions from Finra dont lie..
Certs (due bills)? whatever.....I wonder if a FEDERAL judge and not a SEC appointed Judge is going to ask what certs had or didn't have dues associated to them and why?
