QLTS some DD, we have been working on $500mil in funding since April, CEO sent out an email stating that agreements were reach this past week to pay the fees need to release the first tranche of funding, $60-75million will be in our acct towards the end of this week 11/12-13th, PRs will be forth coming when in and 8Ks will be filed along with fins becoming atleast OTC Current, the partners in this want Nasdaq ASAP, ZERO TOXIC for years now, float has not changed for over a year, all shares issued have been RESTRICTED, as they know this is just the beginning here, our market value $2.8mil and we will have $75mil in our acct.? and soon will have $500mil u can see just how under valued this is, fully expect .15-.25 on first official PR, anyone that saw DNRG with their $1.2B in funding, which isnt even guaranteed yet went to .33s, ours is already signed just waiting on funds to clear into our account b4 releasing PRs, we just had 52wk highs on Friday in anticipation, shares our going to be very hard to come by as many have been in QLTS for years, CEO has never sold a single share holding over 300mil in family trust, one of our holdings is a silica mine last valued $14B in 2010, "The amount of tonnage in the 400 acre block at 100 feet depth equals approximately 175,000,000 tons today worth $80/ton or $14B. This is by no means the total of the deposit.
As you and I discussed, when standing on the lower end of your claims, we could see the exposed silica on three sides at over 500 feet in elevation. In my opinion, there is at least 5 times the amount as stated above. This is what I believe and seems to be consistent with the opinion of other geologist reports.
Ron, you know I am conservative by nature but I have never seen a deposit of this magnitude. If I can be of further assistance, please advise.
