Looks like people don't understand the results and are disappointed. The pump and dump group on the other site departed when they managed to sucker new investors into buying in the 14's. Now the "not statistically significant" tweet is, in my opinion, going to hurt the stock at the open.
In the world of reality, this was a very short trial (12 days, followed by a "washout period" of 12 days, then another 12 of treatment) -- and to have good results for so many patients with that short period of dosing, and not having the dosing amount optimized for each patient, to me that's great news. When they figure out the best dose and dosing schedule we may see the first real treatment for Alzheimer's. The drugs used now do not work well, and don't work for very long. (And some patients just can't tolerate them.)
I'm just going to hang on because in the long run this should be back up to those 14+ levels. But how long that will take, I don't know. Blecch.
