Show me one 8k form that has been filed since Joel's inception of the company. You won't find a single one, and that is because due to the stock listing the company is in - he is not required to.
Also, the contract between Panos, First Nevada, and Mining Global is pretty strict. If the contract were void, do you think Joel would be able to publicly state on social media that he is working at Keystone? Think back to the cease & desist order to MNGG from Panos that was issued last year, in that document - it specifically stated that Joel was to refrain from mentioning the Keystone mine in any company publication.
In my opinion, I think the contract is still valid with all parties present - or valid w/ only Panos & MNGG on a revised contract. Either way, we're bound to find out the updates we've all been longing for soon.
