I think we know about 1% of what is really going on.I do understand what you are saying though but we will not get any clarification I am sure.......We were so excited last summer when we found out congress had 1 ounce to 10 tons .Now we see there is a vain in keystone that has 3ounces to one ton and there is hardly a stir ,that's the result I would love to get more information on.Thats like a eureka moment that will make everyone rich.....Hoping Joel stops by and elaborates on that.
