The one thing I have noticed is that the CEO uses the same excuses like "market forces" etc. It strikes me as odd that he writes that they are still trying to figure which direction they want to take. I was thinking he'd probably post a poll at the end and ask his share holder to decide for him. The more I read what he writes, the more I see he is really not CEO material at all. that's a shame because the science is getting short changed by a very questionable management team.
