For the life of me, I can't understand what the FAA is STILL waiting on. The AC said it all, and essentially absolved Baltia from any wrong-doing in any of the mini-evacs. We've passed this thing 7 times, according to the AC. How long does it take to stamp a piece of paper?

If anyone has further insight, please enlighten on what is likely going on behind the scenes and how we could possibly excuse the FAA's snail-like urgency.

I, for one, will simply be glad when we're past this if for no other reason than the fact that we won't have to talk about the FAA anymore.
