The 15th was in reference to the deadline for the quarterly financial report. It may be flexed to the 13th or the 16th as the 15th falls on a Sunday, but the OTC requirement for the "current information" designation to remain is that the quarterly report must be submitted within 45 days from the end of the quarter being reported.
