The entire xenograft argument (does the mouse have psoriasis) is a non-issue to me. It's a model that has been shown to be predictive in outcomes in humans.
At this price point and with the four or more different indications (soon to blow up into several more imo) who gives a rat's behind about the semantics of the PR's and statements of posters on public boards.
Anyone with any science training at all knows that there are no absolutes in the scientific method. The support/evidence is very strong so far for all three drugs being efficacious imo. And again, at this price...think about it.
