I disagree. If they're great numbers then you'll find more investors and see a climb in pps even if it's small. If they're terrible then you'll see people bailing. Same as any stock large or small. Apple stock dropped because of numbers being lower than expected and goggles went up because numbers exceeded predictions. I would expect that to be no different on any other stock. Numbers themselves don't directly affect pps, but an investors decision on buy, sell or hold sure does.
Also, if numbers are identical then it'll still build more confidence for investors because it'll actually be audited by a third-party. Auditing companies don't care if the numbers are good or not, they just put it as it is which is a great thing.
Good numbers will help build momentum that will explode once it uplisted.
Your second and third paragraph I agree with completely, but your first paragraph
I somewhat agree and somewhat disagree.
