When the AUDITED financials are posted it will have little or no effect on the share price. It will have more detailed VERIFIED information on the report but in all reality will be similar in content to that provided by the company's annual report that was filed several months ago.
The BENEFIT of the audited report is that it will lead to the company filing an S-1 so that they can uplist to the OTCQB and hopefully higher exchanges in the future.
ANOTHER benefit is that it will open the door for institutional investors.
IMO RMHB has outgrown the Pink Sheets and could be a contributing factor to the lower share price.
