$EPGL SHAREHOLDERS UPDATE: On October 12, 2015, EPGL gave CooperVision Inc. a deadline by November 6, 2015 to accept or counter our proposal for on-going ownership and licensing splits for our jointly held technology. Yesterday, November 4, 2015, CooperVision, Inc. has countered back with a proposal to EPGL in a timely manner. EPGL is now considering and negotiations are in the closest they have been to Agreement in several months. EPGL believes that Agreement is imminent in fact if all goes well in the next few days.
