The fact is that 4K is replacing 1080p as the STANDARD. Look what happened when XBOX went with the dumb shit move of adopting "HD-DVD." It didn't turn out so well. You've gotta get with the standard in the media business or its not going to turn out well for ya. VHS disappeared practically overnight when DVD came out and we could see an even quicker change in our digital world.
