Any reference to a bunch of yahoos following the case on a messageboard isn't going to have any credibility.
The arguments will speak for themselves. The fact we, as shareholders, have made the judge aware of our existence and our position should be enough. I'm sure he's aware that there are shareholders that are following the case.
BTW, I did email him tonight. It's nothing special; it's just a quick statement about not having been notified by COR or by my broker.
