They simply cannot throw another 400M into the market on top of the other 2 very recent A/S raises and expect a steady SP unless real blockbuster news is released at the same time. IR is expected to issue a SH update in a day or two that will probably be insufficient to stem the bleeding.

Other than the obvious hopes we get on most remaining platforms by the end of November, I think our best hope is an angel investor stepping in or a merger with a cash rich partner.

So will the proxy and the share structure issue be related to a R/S? Lets hope not. As some have stated here already companies typically do not ask SH to vote on an R/S b/c they would never get approved. Anyone else have any ideas what the share structure issue could be related to?
