Africa Update: The delay in the full launch is due to a security token issue, and it is being resolved. They encountered a problem registering their existing online banking customers, approximately 700,000, and a missing piece if profile data that is needed to authenticate these users on the system. The other 7 plus million bank customers do not have online banking ID's so it does not impact their registrations. The bank is manually entering the required profile data into the database so that the system with work with their existing online banking customers, this will take several days.
The bank employees are mostly all registered and using the system. I will have some transaction numbers soon but there are over 12,000 registered users on the system.
