It is entirely possible that the FAA needed to publish the revised Avisory in advance of giving Baltia a disposition so they could site the advisory in their response. Again... Just a thought realizing doing so raises some question on timing. Hopefully we get a decision from the FAA this week now that they no longer have to focus on this, then we can finally move on.
