We won't get all of the share structure details disclosed until the audited reports. That's pretty much why those with big investment capital wait for a company to be fully audited prior to large investments. They don't want to assume the risk of investing in a hot looking car only to find it'll be years before the drive train they assumed was installed actually is installed. It's a costly mistake in more ways than one so they'll patiently wait to see audited financials that they feel are sufficient to justify the investment.
