Hope it helps. The more letters from shareholders I read, the more ridiculous the request for a receiver looks to me.
Shareholders are providing very good reasons and COR's request just looks like a last ditch effort.
Nevertheless, let's not be overconfident here. I recommend to keep the letters flowing until this is decided. Not a Tsunami of letters, just a couple a day, respectful, objective, short, and different ideas or points of view.
There was a limit date to send objections, but we were supposed to be notified. We were never notified of our chance to oppose.
