To preface, I have owned this stock since late 2012, bought at mutual pps. This proxy crap is driving me nuts!!. What is the cut off date? What are we voting on? Do we have time to do DD? Does the retail vote even mean anything? Do insiders, directors, business partners, employees have the majority? Therefore, Why put us through more stress? Trust me, I am in too deep to even consider selling!!
