based on my DD .. imo *1M Cert* re: Seneca's *settlement* gone as of July 2015 re: PTOI >> *trades* (and i do use that word rather loosely)
strongly suspect a % was loaned off shore b4 *unrestricted* (approx 6.15.15)
it explains *crews* issues on 5.26.15 (tape with block trade) and *orchestration*
re: cycle UP .. a smidge
i also strongly believe that CONtrary to *crews* efforts ..
to * show* otherwise re: that 12500 *trade* daily >> Gilardi and their bank
haven't sold one share of the 3M Block/Cert (cut by TA in August)
which is why it's so interesting to see what was *reported* to FINRA for the
month of SEPT 2015 (split between VNDM and NN)
