Judge files "show cause" brief Oct. 30th. Looks like SEC was/is way, way out of line on this one. Everyone was expecting a lump of coal for Christmas. Starting to look like we could get a bar of gold instead. I've upped my bids. Just a FYI and all IMHO. HAWK
