I took over the company at 2.5 Billion outstanding.

I have over 3.3 million in debt, now under 600,000

NOW I raised to 10 Billion and bought back to 6.8 Billion and havent done a debt conversion in 13 months.

So if a R/S would happen I would discuss with everyone, but now at this time NO R/S Nothing filed or even a thought.
