GC must post his blog tomorrow. If he got schooled by the Sharks, it is ok to admit it. May not help the stock much but we are owed explanation and some sort of a plan. What is it that the sellers know? Why dump at this prices if the future is bright?
When the series H investors insisted on 150 mil share increase, that should have sounded alarm bells that they intend to dilute the hell out of the stock and did not care one bit if the company succeeds or go BK.
To long term investors, why buy now without knowing where the bottom is?
