It's relevant to all OTC companies, and no WOLV is not going to raise the money that way. The company will announce funding when they are ready, this may be the hardest time of all for retail investors because regulations keep investors out of the loop. I would hope they can say something soon. The most important thing is to get everything right from the beginning. There is nothing to say right now, as hard as that is.
