I believe that NTEK is getting a Huge investment from some Investment Firm.

From what I have read on this Board and results of the shareholders meeting, I have come to this conclusion.

I do not have any idea what the details could be.

I guess it was just a waiting Game for Management to weigh the best offer from each Investment Firm.

Looks like they made their decision.

We will know soon enough.
