I agree Casey. I will admit I was a little worried, since CRGP didn't respond. Tad along with the letters gave us a leg in this fight. Alpine' input is late and should not be considered, as they did not request an extension. I guess that will be up to the judge to include Alpines motion.

Jep on ifraud has given a lot of great insight and interpretation on this case. He even has Janice questioning all this, and thinks there is something fishy going on.
