Are good results priced in? There are several gangs of individual traders -- one gang is very large -- that runs stocks up, pumping like crazy on message boards to get other small traders in -- then dumps the stock. We may have seen the culmination of the pumping on Friday. If so, the stock will sink for at least the early part of the first week of November.
I sold a small portion of my stock to reduce my exposure. However I am still holding 95% and may buy that stock back if it sinks far enough this week.
The other possibility is that it stabilizes and rises dramatically into Nov. 7, and then it's a "sell the news" event. But if they genuinely have great results, it could be scenario 3:
It does a DNDN-like move. Year ago, DNDN closed at 7. They announced great news for their drug Provenge, and it opened the next day at 21. Why do I remember this vividly? Because I sold my shares at 7, feeling like a genius because I was selling them at a double. And the move to 21 was the VERY NEXT DAY.
